Transparency
Regimic AI separates observed data, model-derived signals and AI-assisted interpretation. The goal is to make it clear what is measured, what is calculated and what is explanatory context.
Core principle
A market price, an SEC filing or an official fund share count is treated as source data. A regime score, conviction score, expected impact or AI briefing is a derived analytical layer. These two categories are intentionally kept separate.
Yahoo Finance via yfinance
Regimic AI reads recent closing data for S&P 500, Nasdaq, Russell 2000, VIX, DXY, US 10Y, gold and Bitcoin. These raw observations are transformed into standardized Risk-On / Risk-Off signals and weighted into the Global Regime Score.
The score is a model output, not a directly observed market variable.
Official iShares / BlackRock fund data
For representative funds such as IVV, TLT, IAU, IBIT and SGOV, the system reads official NAV and shares outstanding. Primary-market creation/redemption activity is estimated as the change in shares outstanding multiplied by current NAV.
These are representative ETF flows, not total asset-class flows.
SEC EDGAR 13F-HR filings
The Whales view compares the two most recent 13F-HR disclosures for a curated set of large managers and classifies disclosed position changes as New, Added, Reduced or Exited.
13F filings are delayed quarterly disclosures and must not be interpreted as live trades.
U.S. CFTC Commitments of Traders
Weekly CFTC data is used to track positioning in equity index futures, US Treasuries, the US dollar, Bitcoin, gold and crude oil. The system uses official TFF and Disaggregated Futures Only datasets.
COT data is weekly positioning data, not real-time capital flow.
Federal Reserve, White House, U.S. Treasury
Official RSS feeds and public government pages are collected as evidence for policy and macroeconomic developments. Relevant public social statements may also be included when sourced directly from supported platforms.
Source authority affects ranking, but does not by itself prove market causality.
SEC EDGAR corporate filings
Recent material filings such as 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, 6-K and 20-F are collected for a curated watchlist of major companies and used as verified corporate evidence.
The system does not infer CEO intent unless it is explicitly supported by the underlying source text.

Global Regime Score
Current weights are S&P 500 20%, Nasdaq 20%, Russell 2000 15%, VIX 15%, DXY 10%, US 10Y 10%, Gold 5% and Bitcoin 5%. Daily moves are standardized into bounded signal scores before weighting.
Regime Confidence measures coverage, directional agreement and signal strength. It is not a forecast probability.
News → Market Impact
News and primary-source evidence are mapped to affected assets using rule-based themes. Expected impact is a cautious analytical interpretation and is then compared with the latest market snapshot.
Current Market Alignment is context only. It does not prove that a specific event caused a market move.
AI layer
The current briefing engine uses Gemini to summarize already supplied quantitative signals and evidence. It is instructed not to invent news, geopolitical events, economic releases, central-bank decisions or institutional flows that are not present in the supplied data.
AI-generated text can still contain errors or oversimplifications and should be read together with the underlying data and source context.
Limitations
Market and news feeds can be delayed, unavailable or revised. Third-party source availability can also change without notice.
ETF proxies do not represent all money entering or leaving an asset class. 13F and CFTC data are delayed by design.
Model weights, thresholds and heuristic scores are analytical choices. Historical validation does not guarantee future predictive performance.
